Contributed to both the native iOS app (cutting build times from 70 to 11 minutes via CocoaPods modularization and MVVM + DI) and the complete React Native rewrite (WebSocket protocol, Multi Friend Selector, custom deep-link intro screens, and an Objective-C native image picker bridge).
